College Infrastructure
Classrooms are very well-built with an overall positive feel. We have a lot of labs for pretty much everything and a library with a large seating capacity. It has a wide range of books and computers for studying. There are also discussion and meeting rooms in the library. Hostels are great, but maybe a little expensive and small. The food in the mess is great with changing menu everyday. We have 2 outdoor badminton courts, a basketball court, and a volleyball court with a very big grass lawn.
Academics
Teachers are helpful in every possible way and well qualified from many prestigious institutions. The teaching quality is great. They guide us on how to get knowledge in certain fields and teach us what's important in placements. Semester exams are very difficult. It is quite hard to maintain a good CGPA here.
Placements
Around 80% of students have been placed till now. Many students got great packages from big companies like Atlassian, Google, Walmart, Amazon, Infosys, IBM, Cisco, etc. The average package offered in my course ranges from 6-7 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Genpact, Rohde & Schwarz, and Samsung. Around 60% of students got internships.

The campus is very huge and has a very large number of students studying various courses. The entire department, including BBA, has separate buildings with good furniture and maintenance. The classrooms are clean, well-maintained, and conducive to study classes, but the internet connectivity is not good throughout the campus.
Academics
The staff in the BBA department are friendly and professional. The majority of the faculty members have good teaching experience and understand how to guide students professionally. They assist in removing misconceptions and tend to share practical knowledge and theory.
Placements
Even with the poor placement situation, well-planned study students with good communication and basic business knowledge are getting placed. New companies continue to visit the campus, particularly for marketing and sales positions.

Classes are interactive, and we get regular exposure to German through films, discussions, and practical assignments. The curriculum is updated and aligns with global language learning standards, which helps in preparing us for further studies or career opportunities in translation, teaching, or international relations. The campus environment is peaceful and motivating for focused academic learning.
Placements
While placements for language courses like BA German Hons are still developing, the university does provide good support through its training and placement cell. Some students have received internship and translation opportunities via university collaborations and language partnerships. The placement process is smooth and the staff is helpful in guiding students. For students aiming for further studies or international opportunities, the department provides strong academic backing and recommendation support. Although the highest salary packages are seen more in management and tech fields, the scope in language careers is steadily growing

The campus of Doon University is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, creating a calm and focused environment for studying. While the campus isn't very large, it's well-maintained and safe. The crowd is diverse and friendly, and teachers are approachable and supportive. Some areas like canteen variety or sports infrastructure could be improved, but overall campus life is good and enriching.

The infrastructure of the college as per government standards is pretty decent. The classrooms are ait conditioned and well equipped and the facilities are decent. Library is well maintained and the food is okay.

Studying business administration in finance on campus. The professors are well qualified and the curriculum seems decent. Not sure if they are properly updated or to the mark. Placements in the college appear good as of now, not sure about what comes next.

Placements are decent as per an undergraduate degree. Not sure what percentage of the batch actually manages to secure placements each year but the ones that do are placed quite well. Not sure if the placements shown online are inflated or not either.

Campus Life is average. The campus is very small, although it is well structured and maintained, it is very small and not a lot to do. Other than that, the college experience has been, so far, decent.

The classes were very fun and interactive the teachers were extremely knowledgeable in there respective subject matter and helped students in all the best ways possible there used to be many case comp competitions conducted year around.

The placement situation here in the campus are really impressive there are top recruiters coming during the recruitment and hiring process .Most got placed in marketing and sales roles. The placements team puts in real effort.
Some improvements in the training sessions can be helpful.

The college campus is really beautiful and amazing, the infrastructure is also very good and mesmerizing, everything we need as a student us there and the environment is also clean and hygienic. The classrooms are well maintained and have necessary equipments.

Im studying BA Hons in German from Doon University and it is because in Uttarakhand it is the only college which is specialised and have a good quality of teaching. It has all the necessary and developed method of teaching with labs and other activities. And it will make the job ready.
Placements
The quality of placements have been very good since last year my seniors have good good packages atleast 60% of the students in the class have jobs in better companies. The highest package was 14 lacs PA and it was from our german department.

The best feature of our campus is that it is very beautiful and close to the nature we have various types of plants and trees around us which is very best and the worst is that the university is very big and we have to walk alot.

The placement here is good i would say considering the fact that it's always about individual effort and hustle along with the opportunities provided. ICICI, and Tech Mahindra do visit, mostly for roles in marketing, sales, finance, and HR.
Best college to study farm science courses

College of agriculture, GKVK , is a college for farm science courses which is located in Bangalore. It is one of the best college campus in and around Bangalore with full of greenary, covered with lot of trees ,well designed class rooms , laboratory facilities, library, Smart boards, Wi-Fi facilities andprovide good environment of studies.

Academic in GKVK is outstanding, with updated syllabus,well trained faculty members,more of practical oriented programmes, recent advanced technologies and makes students well connected with rural farmers.

Placement in GKVK is not that much good enough, only a few students were placed at the end of the course and the companies that visit our college are very few in number,apart from B.Sc ( agri ) the students studying ABM and engineering were well placed.

The campus is green and peaceful and have all the facilities for the department of the agriculture as in decent labs and classrooms are huge with everything like good sitting area. We had access to farms too.

Classes are regular, and we had enough practicals sessions and tutorials to clear doubts and any issues there used to be regular field work to actually learn stuff beyond just classroom lessons and teachers were helpful.

Placements for Agriculture department are not that great to be honest but a few local firms and decent companies do come. Most of the students try to seek placement from out only as the salary offered is not good.

The college infrastructure was pretty average but functional. The labs had decent systems and good connectivity there classrooms had well well managed space. The library was there for study materials and there was canteen as well.

The college academics curriculum was very balanced, There was a good mix of all the aspects in the terms of coding. The Internal assessments and practical classes were conducted every other week for students.
Placements
College managed to get companies for the final selection process. Few IT companies used to offer pre placement offers as well to the selected students during the summer internship program and the management was very supportive.
