About Savita Devi Institute of Pharmacy, Meerut

Savita Devi Institute of Pharmacy, Meerut, was founded in 2018 and, as it turns out, is a comparatively new institution with a focus on pharmacy. Located in the village of Kayasth Gaonwari, Post Mohiuddinpur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, this institute is progressing in the stream of pharmacy education. It being an affiliated college means that it receives its operational mandate from a university and therefore assures quality education. All its courses are approved by various organisations, including the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). The institute has a variety of academic and non-academic amenities aimed at improving students learning.

Savitha Devi Institute of Pharmacy, Meerut, this is a quite new establishment that caters to the profession of pharmacy. The college is in Kayasth Gaonwari village, near the postal address of Mohiuddinpur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The institution has attached curricula with the university thus ensuring quality education for the institute. Savita Devi Institute of Pharmacy maintains a simple and hassle-free admission process to aspiring pharmacy students. The institute mainly caters for the B.Pharma (Bachelor of Pharmacy) and D.Pharma (Diploma in Pharmacy) course. 

Both the courses are duly registered by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), thus ensuring uniformity with national standards in pharmacy education. Such limited admission ensures the institute's good student-to-faculty ratios whereby each student receives attention for quality education. Application Process

4. Submission of completed application form along with documented proof at admissions office of the institute before due date. 

5. Admission test or interview: Though not mentioned, possibly the institute would conduct an admission test or interview alongside the selection process.

6. Merit list preparation: The institute shall probably prepare merit lists according to the 10+2 marks obtained by the candidate and grades obtained in any admission test or interview conducted.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Pharma: The Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) degree program, which is offered by Savita Devi Institute of Pharmacy, is a four years degree course with a regular intake of 60 students. The general entry requirements to a B.Pharma degree are as follow:

10+2 (Higher Secondary) education from a recognized board

  1. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) at 10+2
  2. 50% marks are to be scored in the qualifying examination

D.Pharma: Intake capacity of the two-year full-time Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) program is also 60 students. The eligibility criteria for D.Pharma admissions are as follows:

  1. 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education from a recognized board.
  2. Study Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) at 10+2.

Both programs attempt to impart such deep knowledge and practical skills from the domain of pharmaceutical sciences as will prepare students for careers in the pharmacy sector.
