School of Law was set up in 2016 as a part of Sandip University, Nashik, and is a constituent college in Nashik, Maharashtra. This premier institution is recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI), which justifies its standard educational programmes. The school provides a range of law programmes offering six courses with four degree levels where students can choose specialisation in law. This law school has an influence of 18 components dedicated to academics, offering a solid foundation for law aspirants. 

School of Law has standard facilities to facilitate learning processes among its students. The college has a modern, equipped library that offers students ample legal materials and literature. This school has an excellent moot court facility for students to practice advocacy within an environment that emulates a courtroom. It also boasts of good IT facilities where these students keep connected as well as being fully equipped with the gadgets. An auditorium is meant for carrying out various events and seminars that lead to the exchange of ideas. In the postgraduate level, the institution has introduced specialised LLM programmes in Criminal Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Corporation and Commercial Law. Bar Council of India (BCI), School of Law at Sandip University Nashik is a prestigious institution to choose from. The school has instituted six courses at four degree levels that enable the students to develop their interests regarding various aspects of law.

Admission procedure in the School of Law generally depends on the merit of the candidates, which is usually assessed through qualifying examinations. Entry into undergraduate programs is primarily based on merit and performance in the 10+2 or equivalent examination. While performance at the undergraduate law degree typically determines admission into postgraduate programs.

Eligibility differs according to the program. For undergraduate programs namely BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), and LLB (Hons), passing 10+2 or equivalent recognized by the board is required at candidacy. Important consideration for an LLM, on the other hand, would be a Bachelor of Laws degree from an accredited university.

Degree-wise Admission Process

B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) and B.B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) – The five-year integrated program admits a total of 120 students. Admission into the program might consider academic performance in 10+2 or equivalent, along with an entrance test, if held. The fee structure for each above course is Rs. 3,75,000.

LLB (Hons.) – It is a three-year course with an intake capacity of 120 seats. The applicant must have a bachelor degree in any discipline to apply. Graduation marks as well as the entrance test will weigh in for admission. The fees for the program is Rs 195,000.

LL.M. Programmes – The School of Law contemplates offering specialized LL.M. programs in Criminal Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and Corporate and Commercial Law. Admission to these programs would most likely weigh the candidates' comparative performance in their L.L.B. and perhaps an entrance examination/interview. Each LL.M. specialization will cost Rs 90,000.
