SD College of Law, Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, was established in the year 2003. This is a private college affiliated with Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. With the express objective of conferring a high-grade legal education to its students, the institution was founded. This premier institution has been shaping and moulding legal minds for almost two decades, and it is duly recognised by the BCI. With a compact campus area of 0.494 acres, this college provides a congenial setting for focused learning to its 459 students. With a strength of 19 highly dedicated faculty members, SD College of Law confidently offers personalised attention and assured quality in the learning of the legal science.

As far as facilities are concerned, the college has immense ones, all for the all-round development of students. There is a well-stocked library with more than 5,000 books, including reference books by Indian and foreign authors, collections of case studies, and different journals. This treasure of knowledge is available to the students during college working hours. A computerised library information system and reprography facilities are provided to the students. The campus is enabled with the most modern facilities, such as a WiFi-enabled campus and a 100 MBPS LAN network. Spacious, well-ventilated classrooms with WiFi and LCD projectors provide the most congenial environment conducive for interactive learning. The moot court facility is available in the college for practical experience in court procedures for the aspiring legal professionals.

SD College of Law runs three full-time courses in the law faculty, catering to different academic backgrounds and different career aspirations: a three-year LLB programme and two five-year integrated programmes, BA LLB and B.Com LLB. All these programmes have an approved intake capacity of 120 seats, totalling 360 in all courses. Application Process

Generally, the admission application process of SD College of Law, Muzaffarnagar consists of the following steps:

1. Commencement of admission: The admission process is publicly notified by the college on its official websites and other mass media.

2. Application Form: Candidates need to procure and duly fill the application form. This can be gotten from the college websites or from the college admission office.

Admission Process Degree Wise

BA LLB: SD College of Law imparts a five-year integrated BA LLB course with 120 approved seats for its intake. Admission is subject to the BCI and Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Candidates eligible for this admission process should have completed 10+2 or equivalent examinations from a recognized board.

LLB: The college conducts a three-year LLB course with an intake of 120 seats. Admission through this course is also carried out on the State Government and University guideline basis. Academic graduates of any stream from any recognized university are eligible for the program.

B.Com LLB: This is a five-year integrated law and commerce course with an intake of 120 candidates. The admission procedure is governed by rules set by the State Government and Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. Students who have completed their 10+2 in commerce or any other equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
