Established in 2014, Shree Adarsh B.Sc. College, Botad, is affiliated with Gujarat University, in the western part of India. Located on a small campus of 0.34 acres, the college still offers numerous courses for both undergraduates and postgraduates. In total, the college has 335 students enrolled and 32 faculty teaching, thereby keeping the student-to-teacher ratio comfortable and creating the right environment for students to get maximum attention and quality education. It now has five-degree programs within diverse disciplines, keeping pace with the released aspirations of students in the region.

The college has various facilities that create the best experiences toward achieving education. This is the library, which is a center of information where there is free access to books, audio-visual materials, magazines, and newspapers. This resource center aids not only to the pursuit of academics but also facilitates the updating of students about developments and technology. The college is well-built with the latest modern laboratories that will provide a hands-on learning experience to the pupil in many subjects. A cafeteria provides a nucleus for the students to spend their leisure time between classes. It is of much importance to note that the college has an IT infrastructure that includes a computer lab with 50 computers, thereby representing their investment for keeping in pace with the changes. The college also has some sporting facilities for the sports inclined, to make sure sound health and team work. The institution has one more facility available in the form of a girls' hostel with all meals provided, for students who come from far away.

Shree Adarsh B.Sc. College delivers a combination of five full-time long-duration programs that run from the undergraduate courses to the postgraduate courses. The programs include the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Masters in Social Work (MSW), and Masters of Science in Information Technology. 

The admission process at Shree Adarsh B.Sc. College is subject to the offering program. The admissions may be based on merit for most of the courses taking into account marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying examination. While on the other hand, the B.Ed program has a more controlled manner in that case, the admissions into the B. Ed. courses are based on merit, which is then based on aggregate Marks secured in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination. Selection is done as per the policies of the State Government, Union Territory Administration, and the affiliating University.
