To support and encourage the economically weak and meritorious students of SRMS CETR Bareilly and the other affiliated colleges with the University, the Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust provides students with various SRMS CETR Bareilly scholarships and other awards. Apart from the SRMS CETR scholarships, to create healthy competition among the students, Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology and Research, Bareilly honours the meritorious students with some medals and awards.

From 2007 onwards, the SRMS Trust decided to distribute scholarships of Rs. 3.5 crores each year to the meritorious students of the institutions run by the trust and Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering, Technology and Research and is one of the institution which is managed by the Trust. Under the support of Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust, SRMS CETR Bareilly has laid down the following criterias for the scholarships in different categories:

SRMS CETR Scholarships

Meritorious students are offered scholarships for the first year students from all levels. Students are advised to submit the online application forms.

Shri Ram Murti Smarak College of Engineering Technology and Research Bareilly Scholarships for UG Students

The following scholarship amounts are given to the students who are economically weak but are meritorious.

SRMS CETR Bareilly Cash Prizes

Other cash prizes are also given to the meritorious students. List of cash prizes is as follows:

Cash Prize	Rs. 21,000	Student securing first position in the respective branch in the outgoing batch of B.Tech, subject to the condition that the student has secured more than 75% marks.

A student can avail only one cash prize at a time.

These medals/ awards and scholarships are offered to the students to encourage them to perform better in academics and to promote healthy competition among the students.

In addition to the annual merit scholarship of Rs. 3.5 crores, the SRMS has also announced Entry Level Scholarship for the B.Tech courses on the basis of SRMS EET Examination.

The selection criteria to avail this scholarship is as follows:
