MS Shalakya Tantra: This is a post-graduate program in which the pupil gets into a specialization in the study of eye, ear, nose, throat, and dental diseases in Ayurveda. Admission is on the basis of the NEET PG entrance examination, with an intake of 3 students. Eligibility includes a BAMS degree and qualifying NEET PG scores.

MD Swasthavritta: This program is meant to cover preventive and social medicine in Ayurveda. Admission will rely on the performance in the NEET PG entrance exam. The college takes in 3 students for this course. Possession of a BAMS degree and passing the NEET PG is important for the candidate.

MD Samhita and Siddhanta: This is a postgraduate program that deals with classical Ayurvedic texts and principles. The admission is on the basis of the NEET PG entrance examination, with an intake of 3 students. To be eligible, a student must also have a BAMS degree and qualify NEET PG scores.
