As a constituent college, it has been serving for over more than forty years by fulfilling academic requirements of the area. Situated at Sri Shankar College, Sasaram, Rohtas, Bihar- 821115, the institution has been providing multiple Undergraduate level courses across streams. At present, the college is providing an ideal setting for learning and growth of the personality of a student with a faculty strength of 17, having a total enrolment of 5,889 students.
It has various facilities working towards the enrichment of educational experiences and providing the students with the best education. Its library is opened on all working days and has approximately 20,509 books helpful in academic pursuits. The computer laboratory is comprised of 25 latest versions of a personal computer that give access to current software and current programming languages like MS Office, Visual Basic, C++, Java, and PHP. It is designed both for curricular activities and extracurricular club involvement. Sri Shankar College, Sasaram, has a very active sports council; the physical trainers and coaches guided the students to spur and support their skills to higher levels in athletic and sporting events. College Infrastructure
Yes my college had kind of all necessary infrastructure equipments and facilities required for the modern education but the classrooms were not not that neat and clean and also the classrooms were of that old style but it was at that time when I studied.
