Admission in VIPS depends on whether you are a Delhi or an outside Delhi candidate, and your category. If you are a general Delhi student, it maight be hard to get in at the rank you mentioned. The cutoff for general Delhi student starts from Top 10 and ends at 400-500 in the first round. In the subsequent rounds, you have a good chance if seats are available. Try to stick upto spot round and you will get admission. But, also keep an eye on other colleges as well.

as the results as being declared by the board and as per your query

the counselling of the BJMC are going to start soon and it will be in the online mood

so the counselling will be on june 18th to 25th june so you proceed with couselling between those days

Colleges(Rank wise)  you will get with AIR 963:

• JIMS, Vasant Kunj.
• MAIMS, Rohini.
• Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, Dwarka.

But i will suggest you to wait till spot counselling because you may get VIPs, Pitampura which is best college for BJMC in IP University.

Congrats on your rank. It's a very good rank. Since you have got a good rank you can get admissions through counselling. The couselling dates are in this month. It's around 18 -25th of this month. These dates are no the 100% correct ones so please check their website. But mostly it'll be in the dates between 18th -25th.
