All the colleges that come under IPU will all accept IPU-CET rank for the bjmc course. But no other college would accept IPU-CET rank for that course which doesn't-comes under IPU.

bjmc test qualifiers will be eligible for 3 years bachelore course in mass communication in IPU university. you may follow any 10+2 grammer books for english part, and you may buy a railway exam previous year question bank book to prepare for reasoning and apptitude part. the marks criteria is a sfollows

English language and comprehension 25%

General awareness 25%

Reasoning 25%

Media and aptitude 25%

yes you cna apply if you are appearing in 12th board exam now, i mean if you have given the  12th exam and waiting for the result, only then you can apply for the ipu for bjmc.
