St. Marys College offers most of the facilities for learning to their students. Reading hall of 18000 plus books is supported by a UGC network resource centre that connects students to world information. The college possesses good number of laboratories for various departments and a computer laboratory. An extraordinary Zoological Museum occupies an area of 800 sq. ft. and presents fauna of the region. The campus also comprises a 400 sq. ft. seminar hall having audiovisual facility, store run by cooperation, and a canteen. Female students are accommodated in a Women’s Hostel on the compound which has been sponsored by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to house approximately 50 residents to enhance their studies and development.
The college also has 12 programmes overall, from undergraduate to postgraduate levels. The college offers BA programmes, B.Com, B.Sc etc. These are, mainly, full time, regular course. Degree-wise Admission Process

Chemistry programs, 36 students are accepted for each, while B.Sc. Physics can accommodate a maximum of 24 candidates. B.Com Program: The college has a B.Com degree program with computer applications, admitting 32 learners. Students who have completed their 10+2 levels in commerce or its equivalent are free to apply. Selection is primarily made on the merit of marks secured in the qualifying examination.
BA Programs: With 24 seats each for History and English, St. Mary's College offers BA programs. Admission is done purely based on merit on marks secured in the qualifying examination and has a bias towards those who have studied relevant subjects at 10+2 level.
M.Sc Programs: Also offered are M.Sc. facilitating in Zoology, Chemistry, and Environmental Science spreading admission to 20 students in M.Sc. Zoology and 10 students in M.Sc. Chemistry. Eligibility to apply lies with those who have completed their Bachelor's degree in only the relevant science discipline. Graduation marks may be taken into consideration for admission and, in rare cases, entrance exam/interview.
M.Com Program: The M.Com program (Financial Management) admits 30 students. Admission is open for graduates of B.Com or equivalent degree. The selection will be based on the total marks obtained during graduation and any other criteria as specified by the college.
MA Program: St. Mary's College offers an MA in English with an intake of 15 seats. Qualified candidates for the position must have a bachelor's degree in English or any other relevant subject. Admission would be based, inter-alia, on marks obtained in graduation, and, in some instances, on the basis of entrance tests or interviews.
