Library is very supportive, with an acceptable collection of management journals and books. Hostels are okay but maintenance could be better. Mess food is average but a better option is available at the canteen within campus.
The majority of the faculty are corporate or academic professionals who attempt to conduct classes in an interactive manner using presentations, discussions, and case studies. A few of the courses continue with conventional methods. The curriculum is industry-driven but asks for extra certifications or online courses to gain competitiveness.
The maximum package in my batcg was 15 LPA and the minimum is about 2.5 LPA. The average is about 3.5–4 LPA. Some of the companies visiting the campus are HDFC Bank, Nexon Tiles, Somany etc. Sales, marketing, HR, and operations are the most prevalent jobs offered.
Institute provides modern campus and strong infrastructure to the MBA students. The School of Business provides AC classrooms, Wi-Fi, digital boards, and conference halls. Hostels are decent with both non-AC and AC facilities, 24/7 security, and study space. Mess food is clean and good to eat, and canteens provide good variety.
Subharti MBA faculty is qualified and cooperative. Several of them possess PhDs or are certified in industry-specific fields. The tests are of medium scale, three big tests per half-year – T1, T2, and T3, and periodical internal tests.
The placement situation for the MBA course at Subharti is excellent, almost 90–95% of the MBA course students were placed during campus hiring. The best package given was as high as 18 LPA to a student from the Marketing stream. The average package hovers between 4.5–6 LPA.
The hostels are good, with central AC in some of the buildings, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. There is another mess for hostelers, and the quality of food is also good with a rotation menu and fresh milk daily.
The faculty members are cooperative, well-versed, and experienced. All the professors are industry or academic professionals. The atmosphere, however, does tend to be a bit school like at times, primarily owing to official dress code protocol and attendance system.
Subharti MBA student placements are fair, particularly for those who regularly attend training and networking sessions. The average salary package this year has been approximately 3.5 to 4 LPA, while the maximum has been about 6.8 LPA.

The Placement ecosystem at our Institute is exceptionally robust and globally aligned. Renowned corporates such as McKinsey, BCG, Microsoft and Unilever actively recruit from campus with enviable packages. The career development cell is deeply involved, offering one-on-one mentoring, industry prep sessions throughout the academic year.
The Campus is tech-friendly and aesthetically maintained. MBA blocks are equipped with digital classrooms, high-speed internet and modern seminar halls for guest lectures and workshops. Sports facilities like the basketball court and gym add to the overall student experience.
The Curriculum is updated regularly to reflect current industry standards, with a strong emphasis on presentations, field projects and communication skills. They use real-world examples which is easy to understand.
The Institute has established a solid placement track record, especially for MBA students. Companies like TCS, Wipro and BYJU's are among the regular recruiters. The placement cell is quite proactive and provides regular training sessions for resume building.
The Infrastructure is a blend of classic and modern. The canteen offers affordable and hygienic food and the green surroundings make for a peaceful study environment. The campus is not flashy, but its functional and student-friendly.
The Teachers keep their lectures interactive and often discuss recent industry cases, which really bridges the gap between theory and practical application. They provide extra classes to the weak students for their better learning.
Placement opportunities are impressive, but what really sets it apart is the diversity of roles offered. From consulting and marketing to analytics and product management, the range is wide. Big firms like Deloitte and KMPG, even some Startups actively recruit here.
The seminar halls and labs are well maintained and Wi-Fi access is available on campus. The library is well-stocked with books and online journals, which proves helpful during placements and projects. The campus has grounds for cricket and football, and the canteen also provides decent food at modest prices.
Teachers are well qualified, with many being Ph.D. or UGC NET holders. The course is industry-focused, but a few topics are outdated or not at all related. Industrial visits and guest lectures are held timely.

Axis Bank, HDFC Life, BYJU'S, and Tech Mahindra were some of the companies that visited campus. Some of us also received internships, but the stipend provided was generally low or unpaid.
The interior of the campus is impressively well-planned, with lecture theaters, light and airy common spaces, The university regularly organizes events and workshops so that the atmosphere remains dynamic.
Teachers are down to earth, guiding, and tend to pursue further higher studies, making them aware of the latest in academic trends. Professors personally care about student assignments and extracurricular skills, urging us to reach above the syllabus.
The university does conduct a few drives annually, but the fraction of graduates who get campus offers and the ones that do are mostly from small consultancies and local accounting firms is minimal. Offers typically are in the ₹1.5–2.5 LPA range, and there aren't many exceptions.
The infrastructure is pretty good. MBA classrooms are air-conditioned with projectors, and there are specific seminar halls for workshops and sessions. Lab facility is limited in this course, but the library is adequately furnished with business books, journals, and online access. Hostel rooms are clean but on the expensive side.
Most professors simply read through slides (PPTs) without a discussion. If you are dedicated and disciplined, the course can strengthen your fundamentals. Examinations are not particularly challenging.many doubt session are conducted.
