Teja College of Pharmacy situated at Bhavani Nagar, Kodad, Nalgonda District, Andhra Pradesh was established in the year 2007.It is affiliated College. All the vocational courses offered at the institute have approval from the AICTE and the PCI, which are responsible for the quality of education in technical programmes and pharmacy respectively. The college is confined into a 2.5 acre area and has teaching facilities for six courses in two degree programmes, and a total admission capacity of 112. This is possible because the institute has a total faculty strength of 44 that ensure that adequate facilities for students’ learning are provided with a reasonable student-teacher ratio.
Teja College of Pharmacy has a variety of amenities that can be useful to students in their college and personal lives. Library is computerised to access knowledge and Laboratory facilities are being modernised and developed for practical learning. To provide for the physical interests of students, there exists sports facilities and gym within the compound. The college also has its own separate hostels for boys and girls for providing comfort stay to those students who are from outside the town. All the courses offered are full time to ensure the student attains an in depth understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and skills. The total approved intake for the courses is 148 only and these are offered in various specialised fields. The diverse range of programmes offered through the course means that the students are able to select some form of programme that best suits their interests and carrier path in the pharmaceutical organisation.

B.Pharm: The Four-year undergraduate Teja College of Pharmacy Bachelor of Pharmacy programme. The college offers 100 seats for the programme. Admission to B.Pharm is generally based on merit of the candidate in entrance examinations relevant to the programme and marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology at 10+2 level.
M.Pharm: Five postgraduate M.Pharm courses with various specializations are offered by Teja College of Pharmacy. All the postgraduate courses have a total sanctioned intake of 48 seats. Candidates applying for admission to M.Pharm programs should have completed their B.Pharm degree from a recognized university. The admission process can be given by considering the candidate's performance in B.Pharm and entrance exam marks.

Yes, you can definitely get a license to open a shop after pursuing B Pharm degree from Teja college of pharmacy. In order to do so, you will need to apply for registered pharmacist license in the concerned office of your state after completing your B Pharma course. The eligibility is Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M) and or Biology (P.C.B / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually
