Vignesh Nursing College was started in the year 2008 and is among the best nursing colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu, situated in Tiruvannamalai. At presnt, Vignesh Nursing College caters total student intake of 238 and a faculty strength of 28, the college offer programmes in nursing at the Baccalaureate and Master Degree level. The college offers seven courses at two levels of degrees, focusing different subjects of nursing education.
Vignesh Nursing College has a number of extra curricula that aims at improving the achievement of the college students. Vignesh Nursing College provides overall seven full time programmes of B.Sc.,M.Sc., General Nursing and Midwifery, Paediatric and Mental Health Nursing etc. The undergraduate courses provided include the Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an intake capacity of sixty, and Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with intake capacity of thirty. During the postgraduate level in the college offers M.Sc course in various fields of nursing with 4 intake seats in each specialty. Among them are Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Paediatric Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing and Obstetrics and Gynaecology Nursing. The total approved student’s enrolment over all the courses is one hundred and ten, which the college consider in maintaining good student-instructor ratio and quality delivery of services.

Vignesh Nursing College, Tiruvannamalai, is a prominent institution for nursing in Tamil Nadu.
