Based on your rank, your chances are very very low to get a government seat. Nevertheless you may try for a private seat but even that is very difficult to get. Attend the counsellings and see which colleges are coming to you. And if you want a government college only, then try better next time.

Your marks are quiet low. It's very difficult for you to get a govt medical college.. you may get a private college.
