B.Sc. (Honours): The college offers B.Sc. Honours in Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Zoology, and Nutrition. Admission is open to those who have completed 10+2 in the science stream or any other examination recognized as equivalent. There are 7 specializations under B.Sc. Honours.

B.Com. (Honours): Vivekananda Mission Mahavidyalaya offers B.Com. Honours in Accountancy and Finance. Admission requires completion of 10+2 or any other examination recognized as equivalent.

B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com. (General): The college also offers general degree programs in Arts, Science, and Commerce. These 3-year programs have the same eligibility criteria as their Honours counterpart.

M.A.: The postgraduate program is offered in Bengali, Philosophy, and History. Admission to these 2-year courses requires that the candidate have a bachelor's degree under the 10+2+3 system (B.A. or equivalent) in the relevant subject.
