VPMs K G Joshi College of Arts and N G Bedekar College of Commerce, Thane, were started in the year 1969. This affiliated college is one of the premier institutes in the city of Thane in Maharashtra. This institute is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council; it offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of arts and commerce. This is a co-educational college, spread over 11 acres, with a total of 5405 students enrolled and 101 faculty members. The institute offers 27 courses in various specialisations in arts and commerce, having 8 degree programmes.
Almost all kinds of modern facilities are there in VPMs K G Joshi College of Arts and N G Bedekar College of Commerce to back the learning curve of the students. The library is the centre of academic resources; it circulates an average of 1,000 books daily and accommodates 350 students in the reading hall. There are, for the sports-orientated, outdoor facilities for football, basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, and kho-kho; besides, indoor game facilities are available along with a gymnasium. Some of the major courses offered here are B.Com. in Advanced Accounting, Auditing, and Business Management, BA, BMS, BAMMC, M.Com in various specialisations, MA in Mass Communication and Journalism, Philosophy, English, and Hindi. The institution also offers Ph.D. in Philosophy, business economics, Hindi, and commerce—evidence of its commitment to advanced research and scholarship.

Study, sports and then repeat
College Infrastructure
Very decent infrastructure which has all the facilities for sports and it was filled with greenery all around also it was very well maintained by providing all the facilities like library, wifi and good classrooms.
It is good for my course but can be improved

Is good but Can be better and feels connected to nature as plants are surrounded by the sides of campus . It is old structure but many new things are developing and getting modern touch with going flow.
My experience was good and nice.

College Infrastructure
The campus of the college is very good and vast. You can literally enjoy campus life. Faculty building and road clean everyday. You can also spot various snack shop and canteen at different different locations of college.
