• Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination Pass form recognised Board with minimum of 45% in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category) 
• Appeared for CLAT/LSAT- -India/PULAT( Presidency University Law Admission Test) 
• The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission (22 years in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category).

Domestic
Passed XII standard from any recognised Education Board with minimum 60% marks (Class XII Best of 3 subjects score) and English as compulsory subject OR IB Board with minimum score of 24 credits, 3 Higher level and 3 standard level subjects.

NRI
Pass with 55% aggregate marks in grade 12th/A level or equivalent and English language requirement (ELR).
