The candidate must have passed (10+2) Examination with at least 50% marks (45% for backward & Physically challenged candidates) in the compulsory subjects Physics &Mathematics, along with one of the following subjects:
Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational.

The candidate must have passed (10+2) Examination with at least 50% marks (45% for backward & Physically challenged candidates) in the compulsory subjects Physics &Mathematics, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational.
Eligibility Criteria for Direct Second-Year Admission
The candidate must be an Indian national and should have passed a Diploma course in Engineering / Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for backward class / physically handicapped from only Maharashtra).
OR
The candidate must be an Indian national and should have passed a B.Sc. degree from a UGC / Association of Indian Universities recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for backward class / physically handicapped from only Maharashtra) and passed 12th std. examination with Mathematics as the subject & with English as a medium of instruction at the B.Sc. level.
