Certification Qualifying Details

• The completion of the SP Jain School of Global Management's  Executive HR Leadership Program certification by the Pearson platform. To obtain the certificate, the candidate must adhere to the rules and maintain regular attendance.
• Participation Certificate - 50% or higher live attendance in classroom sessions
• Certificate of Completion - 70% or higher attendance in class and 70% completion of all assignments and projects
• Certificate of Completion with Honors - 90% or higher live attendance in classroom sessions, as well as completion of all assignments and projects
