• Deakin University awards Patient Journey and System Design certification after clearing all of the assessments and 90% of the course steps.
• Assessment will be presented in a two-part report, the first of which will include a critical analysis of a relevant scenario addressing the healthcare operating concerns involved and the application of frameworks, tools, and tactics to the issues identified in step two.
