Educational qualification
To gain admission to the Senior Management certification course, you must hold a Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or a two years Master’s degree, or equivalent. The diploma or degree can be in any discipline from a recognised institution.
Work Experience
You must also have a minimum of ten years of work experience after completing the qualifying education. However, you are eligible to apply for the Senior Management programme even if you are not employed currently, provided you meet the two above-mentioned requirements.
Certification qualifying details
Furthermore, you must clear the periodic evaluations built-in throughout the training. Here, the faculty will conduct the evaluation. If you meet the attendance requirements and pass the evaluation criteria, you will win the Senior Management certificate of successful completion from IIM Raipur.
If you only have the requisite attendance, you will secure a participation certificate.
