Education 

• For International students, any degree equivalent to graduation from a recognised institution in their respective country.
• Indian students require are 10+2+3 for Graduates and 10+2+3 for Diploma Holders from a recognised university. This includes UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU and State Government.
• All candidates for the Executive Development Program in Talent Management must be proficient in English, both written and spoken English are mandatory.

Work Experience 

• For all individuals, Indian and International students, a working professional with a bare minimum of 2 years of experience is mandatory.
• Diploma Holders with relative work experience are considered on a special basis by the institution. 

Total Fees for Executive Development Program In Talent Management certification course is-

• Firstly, a minimum attendance of 70 percent to all live lectures has to be maintained by all candidates for successfully securing the certificate of this course.

• There are period evaluations throughout the duration of the course. These evaluations are done in the form of quizzes, assignments, projects, and other subjective assessments as they are deemed necessary by the faculty in relation to this course.

• Participants who can successfully procure both the criteria as mentioned above are awarded the certificate of completion for the Executive Development Program in Talent Management by the XLRI.
