To participate in the Executive Development Course in Leadership and Change Management, all Indian candidates must be Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma holders from a university recognised by the State Government, UGC, AIU, AICTE, or DEC, in any discipline. 

If the candidates are residents of other countries, they must be graduates or hold an equivalent degree from a recognised university in their own country. Moreover, all the candidates must have at least three years of work experience. 

Certificate Qualifying Details

Furthermore, to qualify for the certificate in Executive Development Programme in Leadership and Change Management, candidates must have a minimum of 70% attendance in the live classes and complete all the self-assessment projects, assignments, and quizzes included throughout the course. 

• The programme fee will differ for Indian and International residents.
• Candidates need to pay the entire course fee in three instalments. 
• Candidates can choose to pay the course fee using credit or debit cards, demand drafts, or pay orders.
