Educational Qualification

• For Indian participants, the students must be at least graduates of any field under any recognized university like AICTE/UGC/AIU/DEC/State Government.
• For international participants, the students should have already completed their degree of graduation or its equivalent from a respected university in their own respective countries.
• For the above two groups, one requisite criterion to fulfill is being proficient in both written, and spoken English.

Work Experience

• Candidates having a relevant, and proper one whole year of working experience shall be preferred.

Certification Qualifying Details 

• The Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource (HR) Management from IIM Shillong on Talentededge will be given upon the completion of the course 2 certificates. One will be a completion certificate from IIM Shillong, and the other one will be a participation certificate from Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM.

The Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource (HR) Management from IIM Shillong fee is Rs. 1,50,000 plus relevant GST charges, for Indian nationals, and USD 3000 for the international participants.
