The participants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. However the candidates belonging to the SC, St or PWD categories are given relaxation, requiring only 45% marks. The degree must be awarded by recognised institutions. A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry is desirable. It is important to note that internships and trainee roles are not counted as full-time work experience.

The participants will be assessed through a combination of online exams, case analysis, class participation and project work. A minimum of 70% attendance is required for each module. Successful candidates will receive a certificate from IIM Tiruchirappalli and will gain an alumni status.
