Certification Qualifying Details
Internal exam marks are determined from assignments and assessments conducted during the term. This accounts for 30 percent of the overall result.
The end term examination will pose 100 questions. This accounts for 70 percent of the overall result. Scoring a minimum of 40 percent in the in-course assessment and a minimum of 40 percent in the end term proctored exam, separately, is essential to be eligible for credit transfer and a certificate.

But in the event, a certificate is needed, you will have to register online on the website and write the proctored exam organized by the NPTEL team, in person. It can be written at any one of the appointed exam centres. The date and time of the examination have not yet been put up on the Swayam NPTEL website.
