If you’re planning to appear for the CPGET M.Sc. Zoology exam conducted by Osmania University, it’s important to understand the syllabus well the paper is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B.
Part A which carries 40 marks and focuses on the fundamentals of animal sciences. This section includes topics like digestion, respiration, circulation, and excretion in animals, along with basic concepts of biochemistry such as glycolysis, the TCA cycle, and ATP production.
And part B carries 60 marks and covers more advanced areas of zoology. This includes animal diversity, evolution, ecology, environmental biology, genetics, and cell biology.
