You cant really help with it brother. Changing the college priority form mid-way the process is not allowed. You will be rewarded with the college you  deserve on your merit based score in the CUSAT CAT 2021. So all you can do is relax and hope for the best in the future lists to be out.

Eligibility :- you must have scored 60% marks in PCM with 50% marks in English and also you must have passed your 10+2th (or equivalent) examination from Kerala board or any other equivalent board or university.

Well, although you have mentioned your rank, you didn't mention the caste in which you belong. So, I will be giving you an answer assuming you are from general category. If you belong to any other category then kindly mention it in the comment section.

As per the records and your performance in 2021, it is less likely for you to get admission for your desired stream in School of Engineering. In 2018, the Cutoff Rank for B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering was 2002 (for General) .

However, if you are an SC or ST candidate , then you have good chance to get admission for your desired stream with ease. In 2018, the Cutoff Rank for B.Tech Electrical and Electronics Engineering was 10888 (for SC) and 11608 (for ST).

It is a good rank. If we consider last few year's cutoff trend then candidate's rank should be below 1300 to get a seat. And you have a good rank. So, yes there are chances. But these are just predictions as cutoff changes every year based on various factors.
