see it is actually very difficult to predict, cutoff score varies every year and it depends on the applicants quality of academic score, seat matrix, category of students, choice of stream etc. so if your marks has increased and still there is option for updation of mark sheet then you should go for it or else wait for the merit list.

it would be better to apply others colleges as well apart of du to get best possible outcomes for admission.

Few months back it was reported that there are going to be few more additions to the list of participating universities through CUCET, Delhi University was also named, but so far there is no official announcements made to confirm the same, hence until that happens we cannot assume anything, also the admission process can have a possibility of delay as the board exam results are to be out by last of this month, whether to conduct admission through CUCET or not is a decision to be taken entirely by ministry of education, and as new education minister is inducted, it can be expected that that clarity regarding this matter be soon resolved, hence you have to wait out for the official announcement regarding this.

DUET (Delhi University Entrance test) are tests conducted by National testing agency for various Undergraduate and postgraduate courses of Delhi University.
