The entrance test is based on Mathematics, Reasoning and Analytical abilities at 10+2 level. you must focus on J.E.E mains level maths and a good level of reasoning and analytical abilities.

DELHI UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE TEST EXAM conducts by NTA, However based on duet score admission to UG, PG, M.PHIL AND PHD courses is done. however there is no integrated course available in delhi university based on DUET score. however colleges under delhi university accept duet score. colleges which offer integrated phd in biology stream is as follows:

Eligibility criteria for Post graduate courses:
Candidates in the general category must obtain 50 percent of the total marks, while candidates in the OBC or Other Backward Class category must obtain 45 percent of the total marks. To be admitted to the LLB programme, candidates from the Schedule Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories must have a graduation average of 40%.
For admission to LLM programmes, the same percentage of marks as stated above are expected over the course of three or five years of LLB courses.
Candidates seeking admission to MCA programmes must obtain a cumulative score of 60 percent qualifying marks in degree programmes that include the Mathematics as a requirement.
Candidates from the general category must obtain 50 percent in aggregate, candidates from the OBC category must obtain 45 percent, and candidates from the SC or ST categories must obtain 40 percent to be admitted to M. Com.
DUET Exam Pattern:
The authorities will publish the syllabus on the website in an online format. The syllabus for each course will be different. The syllabus for UG courses will be focused on the 11th and 12th grades while PG courses will be planned based on the student's graduation level.
DUET 2021 will be conducted online and will have a total of 400 marks.
The duration for DUET 2021 is 2 hours
There are 100 questions in total, all of which are MCQs (Multiple-Choice Questions).
Each correct answer will bear 4 marks and each incorrect answer will be negatively marked with 1.
Please note: Depending upon the requirements of course, syllabus is varied for different entrances.
DUET 2021 Important Dates and Process
Registration
Aspirants must fill out the DUET application form online at Delhi University's official website. Candidates must register for UG courses through DU's admission portal 'UG Admissions 2021 (Entrance Based)' and PG admissions through DU's admission portal 'PG Admissions 2021'. Applicants must upload an image and scanned signature in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 500 KB.
Registration Commencement: First week of May 2021
Registration End: Fourth week of May 2021
Admit Card
Candidates must fill in their form number and date of birth on the entrance exam portal to download their DUET admit card from the official website of Delhi University. Candidates would not be able to take the DUET if they do not have their admit card with them when they arrive at the exam centre.
Release Date: Second week of June 2021
Main Examination
Students must appear for DUET according to the schedule on their DUET admit card. Aspirants should arrive at the exam centre at least an hour prior to the start of the exam.

Counselling
To participate in the counselling process, candidates must complete all of the necessary steps, including filling out the entry form, seat allotment, document review, payment of the counselling fee, and reallotment.
Candidates must pay the counselling fee to validate their seat for the seat allotment process.
Candidates will be assigned seats and institutes based on their interests expressed during the application process and payment of the counselling fee.
The applicant must visit the concerned institute on the day of the counselling with all necessary documentation to complete the verification process.
