As per the rules of counselling, when the college is alloted to you then after document verification , candidate needsto pay the fee forthe verification of alloted seat. During the feepaymemt process, at candidate portal there are two options:

The DUET 2020 results were announced on 14th october 2020 on the DU exams portal as well as the official website of NTA. The university has also released 4 lists of cut offs and the procedure for counselling is as follows:

You didn't mentioned the category you belong to so considering general category and seeing the previous year admission list for DU M.ed course the 22 rank was the last rank was eligible for admission in unreserved category in second admission list. Further lists are empty for unreserved category because seats were filled.
So, You have less chances to get admission if you are unreserved category. Rest you can wait till the cutoff is released.

To get admission into DU, they are particular about having Mathematics in 12th grade. Other than that the course requirements includes, Any bachelor degree from the University of Delhi or any other University whose examination is recognized as equivalent to that of University of Delhi with at least one paper in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) under annual mode/at least two papers in Mathematical Sciences (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Operational Research) in semester mode. And the mark requirements is, 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent of CGPA as per University norms wherever it is applicable.
