With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that it is quite difficult to predict precise the cutoff marks required in HPCET to get government seat in bpharmacy. The Cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students.
However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends of HPCET, for general category, you need to get a minimum marks of 70-90 marks in HPCET to get government seats in B pharmacy to be on the safer side.

No.. Diploma students can't give HPCET exam for B.Tech 4 years course .
Well, check the portal of HPCET to know if there is any availability for lateral entry admission through any exam .. in those cases , you are eligible for admission :

Hope you are doing great there . Yes , you can still get colleges on the basis of your class 12th marks . You will not be able to get a seat in B.Tech in some government college since most of the government college give admission on the basis of the marks obtained in jee mains .But you can definitely apply for some private college .
If your score is above 95 percent in class 12th , then you can get a seat in

otherwise if you have less than 95 percent you can try for colleges given below

If you belong to any reservation category be it obc/sc/st/ews you can definitely get into the college under hpcet. Although you might not get the top branch but certainly you can secure a seat in any of the participating college under hpcet.

The Himachal Pradesh Technical University will conduct the HPCET 2021 counselling process. HPCET counselling 2021 dates will be released by the authorities at the official website.
