As per the Eligibility Criteria laid out by IMU,candidate needs to be passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized board with aggregate marks of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Maths. Along with this, they need to secure 50% marks in English, even for SC/ST, there's relaxation in marks but not provided in the case of English.
So, answering your question, the marks you have secured in 10th Standard do not apply here, only 12th Standard marks matter.

For entrance exam official page give syllabus. They will ask question from the topics mentioned in the syllabus only. They won't add any extra. If they do they will inform prior to it and give details accordingly.
