What are the government job opportunities available by doing Bsc data science and its Msc? Is there any chance to get into RBI grade B DSIM/DEPR, NABARD, IES, ISS, SBI, Rail, SSC CGL, SSC JSO, ISRO, DRDO and top graded jobs other than IAS, IPS?

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 9th Apr, 2020

hi,

see once you complete your graduation course in any discipline you are eligible to give ssc cgl, rbi assistant, sbi po, sbi clerk etc exams. however data science deals with statistics and it has good career scope in mncs companies,. but for government sector , there is less recruitment now for data science specialist. however data science includes topics like statistics, probability, set theory and discreet mathematics. so you should take bsc in data science if you have eagerness to learnt these courses.

I have digital certificate of OBC NCL but it is issued on 2015 , can I apply this in ISI form or it will violate the condition of certificate?

Vignesh M A 23rd Feb, 2020

Hello,

As per the new updates the validation of OBC NCL certificate varies with the government. It is valid only for a period of 1 month in Central Government and over a period of 3 months in the state Government.

However since you have received the certificate in 2015, the certificate is not valid anymore. Providing a invalid certificate may violate the rules of ISI. So you need have to renew it.

For the renewal purpose kindly check with your district tehsil court and find the documents you to produce. Later you can visit the tehsildar office where you can get your certificate renewed.

Make sure you renew your certificate as soon as possible and apply for ISI. BEST OF LUCK.

Hope it really helps you.

Thank you.
