Firstly I am little bit confused that 247 are the marks or the rank you secured. So, assuming that 247 are the marks you secured in OJEE .

Also you haven't mentioned your preferred course and branch.

As you have mentioned that you belong to SC category then also it is quite difficult to get seat in government college. Because as expected cutoff for SC category in OJEE 2022 is      327 - 457.

Looking at the previous year OJEE cutoff, the Cutoff rank (opening and closing) for SC Category students for government colleges were as follows :

SC - 475856 - 498785
