Commencement of Registration, Counselling Fee Payment, Choice Filling for JEE Main candidates is from first week of October 2020. The exact date is not yet released. The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination authority will conduct the counselling of OJEE 2020 in online mode.  The allotment of seats will be through a centralised OJEE 2020 counselling on the basis of merit list through marks secured by candidates in JEE Main/ OJEE 2020.

Hope you are doing well. I want to be very straight forward about this that at this rank it is tough to get government college. Because obviously there is the less college and number of participants are more as campare to engineering courses.
