First of all it is strongly recommended that you have knowledge about the institute prior to locking in the choices.

Yes the digitally signed caste cetificate are valid but one has to check its expiry,

follow these steps to check expiry of DSC:-

Open USB token tools (If DSC USB token driver not install then install driver first.)

Click on Login button.

Enter Token Password.

Double click on your certificate name

After certificate open click on Details Tab

In details you can find all Details of your Certificate.

You asked for the date when ojee mbbs registration will be started.

Now, look, Candidates will have to register through the Odisha MBBS & BDS admission portal by creating login ID and password. In order to do so, candidates will first have to accept the terms and conditions by clicking on  'I agree' option on the registration page. Candidates must submit the contact details, name and DOB to complete registration & set the password.

Till now the date has not been announced for ojee registration. So, just keep an eye on the official website.

Yes ,other state aspirants are also fill Odisha joint entrance examination  counselling .You must note that admission in B.Tech courses in Odisha is through JEE Main score. Admission to candidates without JEE Main score is through a special OJEE entrance exam. The OJEE 2020 counselling is conducted separately for JEE Main and OJEE qualified candidates. It is to be noted that preference is given to candidates having JEE Main score

You  need to select the choice of your course and college for OJEE MBBS seat allotment.
On the basis of choices made, availability of seats, merit rank, categories of reservation candidates will be allotted seats for the Odisha MBBS admission 2020. Once the results are out, it would be displayed in the official website and students need to download their admission letter before reporting to the college.

No, you can't get admission for B.pharm in utkal university without OBJEE.  The college only offers admission to the students who has a valid score in OBJEE so OBJEE is mandatory for getting admission into the college for B.pharm course.
