There are many private sites who has provided soft copy of the question paper. You can go through those. You can also buy previous year question set of OJEE. You can easily get second hand in the old book store. It will cost you less. You can cover the new paper set from Web.
Prescribed book is NCERT and you can also follow reference books. OJEE is bit easy then JEE mains. Mostly questions is directly asked from the books. if you have good basic concept understanding then you can clear the exam with good score.

Since College of Engineering and Technology is a Government College the competition to get into this college will be quite high. Their low fees and good placement record will invite a lot of applicants.
