Well i see that you have got 1203095 rank in ojee that also in general category . And what you ar asking is out of book. You should know that how much rank you have got more than 12 lakh, this rank is very much and also very worse. With this rank i don't think that you will be able to get any college in ojee.
What you are saying is that 6166 candidates have been assigned ranks in special ojee , and you have been given rank of order of 10 lakh, more than 12 lakh. See it might be like that only tht much students might hav qualified , rest would not qualified, yet they were given rank.But you be assured that i don't think you will get any college with this rank.
Hey Nitya! Your OJEE MCA rank is not good, getting a good government college is nearly impossible but still you can atleast hope for the best. Odisha Joint Entrance Examination or OJEE is a state level exam conducted by OJEE Board for admission in various undergraduate, masters degree programs. These are some government and private colleges offering MCA in Orissa.

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB) has announced the second seat allotment result of OJEE 2019. The registration and choice filling of OJEE 2019 counselling for JEE Main qualified candidates has ended on June 30, 2019. If you have given OJEE test 2019 then definitely you can as registration starts at 26th of July but for Jee Mains division you have missed it as there is no way of fresh registration after any rounds in counselling. You can apply for Spot Counselling for OJEE though. It might take place sometime in September, if it does.

You have got a good rank. If you have any reservation then the best option for you will be VSSUT as the college has a high performance and it accepts OJEE in a higher percentage. The scope of getting furnished skills and learning is good at VSSUT.
