So yes, these two are separate from each other and you can sit in OJEE counselling even after giving JEE Main. OJEE 2022 Seat Matrix for Government & Private Colleges in Odisha will be released after concluding the counselling process. OJEE Seat Matrix will be released by the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board (OJEEB). It comprises seats available in various branches at the participating Institutes. The final OJEE Seat Allotment will be done based on the candidates performance in the entrance exam. There are 34000 seats available in the technical institution for OJEE 2022 candidates.
OJEE is a gateway to various Undergraduate, Lateral Entry and Post Graduate courses in colleges of Odisha. It is essential to secure the minimum cutoff marks to be eligible for selection. Separate merit lists will be prepared for every course. To get a clear idea candidates are advised to go through the seat matrix for the availability of selection.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies and secured above mentioned marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the subjects taken together. or Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

No category rank mentioned in JEE-Main is different from OJEE rank, in fact both the examinations are very different. OJEE is conducted for admission to engineering colleges of Odisha only but through JEE-Main one can get almost any engineering college across India.

Category rank mentioned in the JEE-Main is the rank a reserved candidate gets but OJEE rank is the rank secured by candidate in OJEE.

The query asked is not possible to predict and that too category wise because these things or rather your rank on the state merit list depends on conditions such as number of applicants in in the counselling, previous years trends, choices filled by the candidates.

I would suggest you to keep other colleges as a back up although there aare chances for you to get a colleges through this counselling.
