Hey Anubhab,
Looking at the previous year's data and this year's statistics there's a possible chance of you getting into St. Xavier's Mumbai for B.Sc in Economics. You might not make it in the first merit but probably you'll make it in the second merit.
You can go visit St. Xavier's Mumbai's official site to check last year's cut offs and merit list. You'll get an idea about it. I wish you all the best!
Hy Prarthana!!
Yes, it is necessary to have maths as a subject in your 12th standard to be eligible to get BBA course at Saint Xaviers College, Mumbai. You have to clear an entrance test of Saint Xaviers to get a seat in this college. In the entrance test you can expect the questions related to maths also. Thus it is mandatory for you to have maths as a subject with commerce in your 12th standard.
I hope your query is clear now.
good luck!!

Dear Nidhi,
Their website doesn’t state any entrance test. The criteria for eligibility is only that you should have successfully completed BSc (with 7 units in Mircrobiology) from University of Mumbai, or a BSc in Microbiology from any other university. Feel free to ask any more questions on this topic
HI,
First of all it depends on the board to which your school is affiliated to . The cutt off released by the college is for 3 boards namely, ISC ; CBSE and WB board .
For BCOM (hons.) morning (boys )
ISC - 93-95% CBSE - 95-97%WB - 83-85%
For BCOM (hons.) evening section (co-ed)
ISC - 95-97%CBSE - 96-98%
For BBA (hons.) evening (co-ed)
There is an entrance test for BBA and so the marks is on a 50-50 aggregate 50% of boards mark + 50% of entrance exam mark
ISC - 66+CBSE - 69+WB - 61+
NOTE : The cut off provided is basically for the students belonging to the general category . For the reserved ones I can just say that the cut off is comparatively low .
GOOD LUCK
