University of Hyderabad takes admission through entrance test. For the M.Sc plant sciences it will also take entrance test for admission.
The University of Hyderabad 2020 admission from will be available from the first week of April with the release of application form at uohyd.ac.in.
The entrance exam will be conducted tentatively in the month of may.The result of University of Hyderabad admissions 2020 will be declared in the first week of July.

Yes, you can get admitted in University of Hyderabad (UOH) after your intermediate with 60% of intermediate aggregate score as a qualification. It should contain either Telugu or English as one of the major subject.

No. University of Hyderabad does not offer any undergraduate programs besides integrated which are undergrad+postgrad. You can check the official website for the programmes they offer. They offer MSc, MA in language and scial sciences for 5 years integrated.

UOH I.M.A. course in Social Sciences leads to the award of Master’s Degree in Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology, and Anthropology.
There will be a common entrance test for admission to the IMA Courses in Social Sciences. The written test consist of
Language and Comprehension (25 marks),

For admision in MA history in UoH one should posses minimum 50 percent marks in graduation along with 50 percent in history or 55 percent in aggregate in other allied subjects. And if not then 60 percent overall in graduation.
The entrance test consist of a 2 hours MCQ test with 100 questions(100 marks) and interview of 25 marks.

1. M.A. (5 year Integrated) Programs from the School of Humanities:-
The School of Humanities four integrated courses- Hindi, Telugu Urdu and Language Science.
Eligibility criteria- The students must get at least 60% marks in their 10+2 to apply.
Entrance Test- The test carries 100 marks. The question paper will be objective type with three sections. Part A would have 40 questions of one mark each to measure the competence in the subject they are opting for. Part B would have 35 questions of one mark each to check the competence of the candidate in English. Part C would have 25 questions checking the aptitude of general knowledge and current affair. The paper will be in English for the last two sections and in their respective languages for the A section, i.e., Hindi, Urdu and Telugu (according to your choice of the subject). For Language Sciences, the entire paper will be in English language.
2. M.A. (5-years integrated) from the School of Social Sciences and School of Economics
The School of Social Sciences offers an integrated course in four disciplines- Anthropology, Political Science, History and Sociology. The School of Economics offers this integrated course in Economics.
Eligibility criteria: The students must get at least 60% marks in their 10+2 to apply.
Entrance Exam: The exam will have 100 questions and the question paper will be divided into 4 sections- Part A (Social Studies and General Awareness), Part B (Language and Comprehension), Part C (Reasoning Ability) and Part D (Quantitative Aptitude).

University of Hyderabad comprises of the Centre for Health Psychology which is the First ever centre in India for the same in 2007. It works on the bio-psycho-social aspects of chronic illnesses, trauma, reproductive health, psycho-oncology, disability studies, resilience studies and peace studies. It is concerned with health and well-being and the overall development of the healthcare system.
The eligibility criteria for the course is graduation with Psychology as a subject with more than an aggregate of 60% marks. If you are applying for Integrated M.Sc. Health Psychology, the eligibility criteria is completing of +2 or intermediate in Science or Arts who have a first class result.
For the entrance test for IMSc., there will be an entrance test after which you will be called for interview. The question paper will have MCQs objective questions. The students will be tested for their aptitude in Psychology, Biology, Mathematics and English. The paper will be of 100 marks for 100 questions and there will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks. This will be offline.
For Psychology, you need to have a broad knowledge of Psychology and a basic knowledge of Biology. The basics of Maths and English will also be checked for proficiency.
For preparation, go through Psychology books thoroughly and basics of Health Psychology also. The basics of Biology which are the structure of the brain, nervous system and other topics which are directly related to psychology like sensory systems and how they are perceived. Also, look into the general books which can prepare your aptitude for Maths and English.
