Hello Aspirant,
See UPSEE has been scrapped from this year, so if you want to take admission in UPSEE participating institutions then you have to appear for JEE-Main and it does not matter from which state you belongs to your are eligible for JEE-Main 2021 if you have passed your 10+2 in or after 2019. The application process for JEE-Main 2021 April and May session has been started by NTA from March 25th and will continues till April 4th 2021. Note that no correction window will be there after this application process so fill all the details very carefully and those who had already applied for these session but want to make any modification then they can do so during this application process from March 25th 2021 to April 4th 2021 (11:50 PM). You can apply/modify for JEE-Main 2021 application of April and May attempt from the link given below :-

A candidate will also have option to apply for one Session or more than one Session (April /May 2021) together and pay exam fee accordingly. In other words, if a candidate wishes to apply only for one Session, he / she has to pay Examination Fee only for that Session during the current application period and will have opportunity to apply again for May Session.

Note that the photographs or images which you will be uploading for JEE-Main 2021 should be as same as the criteria set by NTA which are enlisted below as per the official information brochure released by NTA :-
> The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
> File size for candidate’s photograph should be in the range of 10 kb - 200 kb. File size for candidate’s signature should be in the range of 4kb - 30kb.
> File size for duly verified result awaited attestation form should be in the range of 50kb - 500kb.
> File size for category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc.) should be in the range of 50kb to 300KB.
> File size for PwD certificate should be in the range of 50kb - 300kb in jpg/jpeg format.
Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22.
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.

The entrance exam UPSEE, which is conducted by AKTU for admission to B.Tech courses in AKTU affiliated institutions is only replaced with JEE-Main and the counselling process will remain as same as it was earlier. All reservation benefits will be given to you if you are eligible as per the counselling norms decided by AKTU, and also IET Lucknow is the institution affiliated to AKTU so it will follow the same admission procedure as per the guidelines of AKTU.

Selected candidates will be recruited on a deputation basis and paid in the pay band III of Rs 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs 5,400. Eligible candidates can download the application form as given in the recruitment advertisement of CBI.
the cbi officer ki salary pay scale is rs 9300-34800 while grade pay of rs 4200 and other allowances are available. as per the current pay scale, you will initially get a salary of around 40,000 /

As compare to other Entrance examinations UPSEE is much easier. It is easy to qualify but a bit difficult to secure a decent rank because there are many college which are participating in UPSEE are not up to the mark interms of placement and quality education. I'll suggest WBJEE because there are many participating institutes which are decent in both the terms.

UPSEE stands for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is the entrance examination for engineering institutions in the state and other colleges.It is conducted by the Dr A. P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. It is a state level examination and those who could not make it upto IIT and NIT get colleges through this exam in Uttar Pradesh.

Main aapko bta dun ki UPSEE ab nhi hota hai B.Tech courses ke liye, ab agar aapko admission lena hain UP ke engineering colleges mein toh aapko JEE-Main 2021 ke score se hi lena hoga. Jaisa ki hm sab jaante hain ki JEE-Main 2021iss baar se 4 attempts mein hoga to iska pehla attempt February 23rd-26th, dusra March 15th-18th, teesra April 27th to 30th and fourth May 24th-28th pr hoga.
See UPSEE has been scrapped and now admission to UPSEE colleges will be done through JEE-Main score and in JEE-Main any student satisfying the eligibility criteria and having India nationality can apply. You can apply for JEE-Main from the official portal of JEE-Main which is given below :-
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
