I will participate in special round(26Nov) in UPSEE. If I dont go for admission (21Nov-24Nov) ,so my seat which alloted me in previous round will be cancel.

Dear student,
Yes, your seat will be cancelled if you do not report at the reporting centre and then you xan participate in special round. If you do not go to the college for admission, it will be considered that you don't want to take admission in that college.

If you have chosen Withdrawal from Counselling, it means thats you want to withdraw from all the counselling rounds and you'll not be considered for any kind of allotment. If you are allotted any seat your seat will be cancelled and that seat will be treated as vacant. If you opt for Withdraw option in UPSEE Counselling, then you are withdrawing from all other remaining rounds of counselling and you are only eligible for Spot round counselling. So you can't participate in the regular rounds of the counselling process. You can only participate in Spot round.

Dear aspirant,
Don't worry, the fees will be refunded within 2 months or more. Don't need to hurry much as you will surely get the refund. The refund will be given with a deduction of administrative charges. If you were allotted a seat but have exercised Withdraw Option after allotment, you will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from the Counseling Process and you will get the money back in the same account. It may take 2 or 3 months.

in spot rounds of upsee seat is allocated is based on which category??

Hi aspirant..!!

The spot generally held because Spot round actually comes after the last round of the seat allotment process. gets into action if there are any VACANCIES in any entrance exam seats. All candidates eligible for central counselling, except those who have been admitted to an institute are not eligible for registering in Spot Round.

There is nothing like category thing in spot round. Yes, you definitely get some sort of help.

my general rank is 26972 and ews rank is 3826 i m giel from Uttar Pradesh can i get any seat in upsee special round councelling ?? i which govt college can i get computer science or information technology??

Hello,

Since you have completed your intermediate from the uttar pradesh then for upsee counselling you dont need your domicile certificate, you can just show your marksheet during the documents verification and you will be able to do the counselling..

Following documents are required for UPSEE Counselling;

UPSEE 2020 rank card and admit card
10th and 12th standard certificate and mark sheet
Domicile certificate
In cases of candidate who has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh, their parents domicile certificate is required.
Character certificate
Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness
Income certificate for economically weak candidates

Other documents if applicable such as

Rural weightage certificate
Category certificate
Subcategory certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped
GDDA category certificate

about how many days gap is between visit to reporting center for documents verification to joining of a college for btech in upsee counseling?

Dear student,
Due to the prevailing situation of covid 19, there are no fixed dates announced for the first tears to join the colleges in UP. You just need to report to the reporting centre, get your documents verified and pay the fees. Most probably online classes would be conducted.

Definitely you can participate in spot round of uptu as all the students who were not allotted any seat or did not accept the seat or are fresh candidates can apply for the soot round. You cam register for the spot round from the official website of uptu.
