Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University ( AKTU ) has started the registration of UPSEE 2020 counselling round 3 on November 10 at upsee.nic.in . UPSEE 2020 2nd seat allotment result was announced on November 6.

As you have confirmed seat. Now a option (this will be your last chance) of seat withdrawal will come. You will now have to withdraw seat and then apply for refund. Then you will be eligible for next counselling.

Withdrawal: If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her allotted seat and does not wish to participate in the further counselling rounds, then the option of “Withdrawal” has to be selected.

It would have been helpful if you could share the name of the branch of engineering you want to get admission in. However, overall your chances seem less for any of the branches im Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda.

There is no reservation for EWS category , so you have to apply for counselling in General category and the last year's closing ranks for general category in Mechanical Engineering was 8315, in Information Technology was 7848, in Electrical Engineering was 8047.  So comparing your rank with these closing ranks it can be predicted that it is quite difficult for you to get admission in Rajkiya Engineering College.

The cut offs vary from year to year depending on the changes is no. of candidates appearing for the exam,no. of candidates qualifying the exam, difficulty level of the exam, last year's cut off trends etc.

The process for registration, payment of fee and document upload for UPSEE 2020 is been scheduled from 10 NOV 2020 t0 11 Nov 2020 23:59. After that the process for document verification is from 10th Nov  to 12th Nov. Then you will be able to update as well as lock your choice. internal sliding in  upsee is when  in the  counselling a candidate wishes  to change the allotted seat for the further cutoffs  so he/ she can do this with the help of internal sliding but it only possible in changing a branch not a college.
