Yes, for b.tech and m.tech course. It is a state level entrance exam which is mainly conducted by aktu. But from next year things are going to be change as upsee is not going to happen any more admission are going to take from jee main rank. And for m.tech through gate.

Yes, you have to fill the Certificate no.3 given in the Brochure of UPSEE as it is a Proforma For Certificate Of Domicile of Uttar Pradesh, This is advisable that you should fill that form which proves that you are a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh and get it attested by respective authorities.

The Domicile Certificate issued by State Government is also used for the same purpose but The validity of that domicile certificate is of 3 years and after the tenure of 3 years you need to renew it. So that's why UPSEE has given that certificate in the Brochure which proves that you are a Current Permanent resident of U.P.

No this is not the case. You will be shown all the colleges for which you have met the eligibility criteria. For example some colleges are not for the candidates from other states, therefore, it does not matter what rank you have, you can not fill in counselling for that college.

Previous year same thing happened to me then I downloaded the result from improvement and got it attested and then scanned it and uploaded it along with the previous 12th standard marksheet o or dmc. as one i.e I scanned and then attached them together .So,they accepted it but by this I had a surity that they will accept one of the two marksheet I uploaded .
