The domicile certificate will be issues according to your parents parmanent address. So you can apply according to your parents address.

If your parents from U.P and you are belongs to reserve category than you can get seats through reservation quota.

I will state some quick facts about  Dr ram manohar lohia awadh university for you to judge and opt for seat accordingly:

Entrance: You can get into this college through upsee, if you rank between 20-35k and this a government college.

Fees: As it is a government college, you won't be paying fancy fees,  For every year you have to pay 35000 Rs approx. And for semester's exam you have to pay 700 Rs. Per semester. So fee is feasible and comfortable for the middle class students. For the SC/SC students there is no fee to submit.

Placement: Placement are not very great, thou you can't compare it to any famous university. The average package range about INR 3-4 LPA.

Faculty: Faculty is considerably highly knowledgeable and helpful. They are well qualified, most of them are PhD scolars.

Firstly try to read the 2-3 given certificates if it is releted to the admission process then it will be valid otherwise you can leave it but you have to read it as taking risks is not an opton

When a  student drops one or more year for entrance exam preparation, they are asked for Gap (Year gap) Certificate or GAP Year Affidavit.

It is a declaration that you did not take admission to any other college or university during the year gap.

Buy stamp certificates from any registrar offices or courts.
Then you can contact advocates or officers in charge nearby who will prepare the gap certificates and hand it over to you.

First of all, Congratulations on your result.

As you have mentioned that your family income is less than 1 lakh per annum, you can choose to opt for Fee Waiver seat in UPSEE, because according to the FW Scheme by the UP Government, candidates whose family income is less than 6 lakhs per year are eligible for this scheme. So there will be no problem during counselling.

Candidates are required to submit all required documents ( certificate no.12 (Income Certificate) ) related to fee waiver seat during UPTU AKTU UPSEE counselling process and verification of documents.
