Hope you are doing great. Yes, you can write the WBJEE 2022. Candidates may enter the WBJEE from any state in India. To take the WBJEE, there is no residence or domicile requirement. Candidates from West Bengal, however, can only be admitted to government-aided engineering, technology, and pharmacy colleges.
For admission to undergraduate engineering, architecture, and pharmacy programmes, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEE) is responsible for administering the test. The WBJEE exam qualifiers may apply for admission to West Bengal's universities, public colleges, and privately funded institutions. For candidates to participate in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, they must meet the necessary eligibility requirements (WBJEE). The admissions requirements for the engineering, architecture, and pharmacy programmes have been outlined in detail by the organizing body, along with the pass percentage and age restrictions.

As of now there is no official announcement made yet regarding WBJEE schedule for 2023, the application form for WBJEE got released in December last year and the application form was active till January, exam was concluded on 30th April, follow the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in,
the eligibility criteria regarding this is passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics along with any one amongst Biology/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computer Application/Computer Science as mandatory subjects,
the exam is conducted in offline mode for two hours having Paper I with mathematics, and paper II with chemistry and physics in MCQs format, the total marks allotted is 200 for both papers that is 100 marks is allotted for maths, and 50 marks each is for physics and chemistry, check out our page at https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/wbjee-exam-pattern to know more details regarding this.
With this rank you will not get CSE or IT in any Government colleges . Keep in mind that your chances to get a seat will depend on various factors like availability of seat, number of students want to get same branch, category of students etc.
But you can get CSE or IT in many private colleges.

If you consider the admission possibilities JU is one of the best choices, and admission into that campus is indeed strict. So yes with 11825 GMR and 983 merit rank for Obc-b category, you can expect branches like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Printing Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Processing Engineering etc branches. However it is just a prediction, you can get a better perception once you get the after counselling seat matrix.

For WBJEE counselling first you have to register for WBJEE counselling visiting the official website wbjeeb.nic.in. Then you have to provide required details correctly as after submitting all the details it cannot be edited.
After registration you have to complete the payment Rs. 300 for counselling process as WBJEE counselling fee. It is not refundable and you have to pay it online mode.
For WBJEE seat allotment you have to fill choice of colleges and courses in order of your preference in online mode.

well you can apply in webjee but there is a condition that on your marksheet chemestry failure is not mentioned as well as you have to work very hard to be appear in webjee
In WBJEE, there is no limit to the number of attempts and there is no upper limit too. You just have to be 17 years of age on December 31, 2018.
