If you are general category then it will be little difficult for you to get CSE, IT in top govt colleges.
You can get a chance in Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College, Purulia with CSE branch as per previous year cutoff.
And you can get admission in Cooch Behar Government Engineering College, Cooch Behar with CSE branch as per previous year cutoff.
Also you can get a chance in Government College of Engineering Textile Technology, Serampore as per previous year cutoff.
You can try for private colleges based on your rank.

Well, based on your rank (GM).. you have less chances to get any Govt colleges in Kolkata with CSE branch through WBJEE as per 2021 WBJEE cut off .

With this rank considering your category it will be difficult for you to get EE, ME, ECE, civil in Jadavpur University. For admission to high demanding branches like CSE,ECE, IT etc in Jadavpur University will be difficult for you.
Cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. Keep in mind that your chances to get a seat will vary on the following basis:

Some of the tough subjects as per the information available are-
Mainly this subjects are felt difficult to the student who have PCB in there 10+2 and not Mathematics in 10+2. The main problem with this subjects is its numerical and physical approach. So if you have weakness in mathematics/physics, then this subject can feel hard to you. Although, if you study well this subjects then you will be able to score well.
